Registration: Assabet Wildlife Refuge walk and Apple picking (09-23-2017 10:00 am - 04:00 pm)

Come join us for a fall day of hiking and apple picking. We will hike 5-6 miles in the Assabet National Wildlife Refuge in Sudbury, MA. This is a great preserve to  enjoy the beginning of Fall. After the hike we will drive a short distance to Honey Pot Hills Orchards to spend an afternoon apple picking. Cost is $18 split between two people for a 10 lb of apples, $6 an extra person if you want to split the bag with more. Pack a lunch to eat at the Refuge before we head off to Honey Pot Hills. Sorry, this is not a dog friendly event.

Directions: Assabet National Wildlife Refuge is on Winterberry Way off of Hudson Road, Sudbury, Ma. From Route 495 take exit 256 on to Route 62 East. After passing through Hudson bare right on to Main Street. Continue on Main St to a right on to Sudbury Road to Hudson Road to Winterberry Way on your left.
