Come join us for an easy 20 mile bike ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Bike rentals for $22 a day are available at the trail head in Dennis. No reservations required. We will ride from Dennis to Nickerson State Park

  Summer Hike and Potluck Cookout

Join us for hike around the ponds and woods of Plymouth followed by a potluck cookout.  We will hike 5-6 miles. If you cannot make the hike but wish to join us for lunch plan on meeting us back at the house at 1:o0 PM. Bring lawn games.

  Blue Hills Reservation Hike

Continuing a series of hikes, please join us during a weekday at Blue Hills Reservation in Milton, Massachusetts (telephone:   617 698-1802, web site:   https://www.mass.gov/locations/blue-hills-reservation) for a moderate hike. Blue Hills Reservation stretches over 7,000 acres, covering parts of Quincy, Braintree, Canton, Dedham, Milton and Randolph. There are 125 miles of trails to explore through forests and wetlands, up hills and more.

We'll plan to meet on Thursday, July 12th, at 10 a.m.. It appears that parking is free. We will step off at 10 a.m. and do a loop hike of about six miles, ending up back where we started. Houghton's Pond should be open, in case folks would like to go for a swim after the hike.

Join Liz for a fun filled day at Water Country in Portsmouth, NH!  The park is open daily from 10:30AM to 5:00PM.

Ticket prices: Admission is $36.99 per person. You can purchase discount tickets in advance from AAA if you have a membership or you can try getting tickets on groupon.com

Water Country charges $5 for parking.
